right across the street from The Habitation, the Cradle of Canada
Welcome to the Lower Granville Hall Association website. Our historic building is located at 3551 Granville Road, in Port Royal, Nova Scotia. It is a building rich in history and beloved by our local community. We share the neighbourhood with Parks Canada Port Royal National Historic Site, home of The Habitation, and the Schafner Point Lighthouse.
Granville Road follows the scenic Annapolis Basin from Granville Ferry to Victoria Beach. Our Hall serves these communities, as well as Granville Beach, Port Royal, Karsdale, and Port Wade. Our Hall is open all year round. We have regularly scheduled Programs and Special events.
Our Hall relies on volunteers for its maintenance, program development, and financial support. Want to get involved? Visit our Volunteer page to find out how.
Our Hall is available for rent, and we are open to new program and event ideas. As the hub for our area, our goal is to build a connected, self-reliant community. Please visit our History page to learn where we’ve come from, and our Event section to see what we offer today.
Sign-up for our email newsletter to keep up with Hall happenings. We also have a Facebook page dedicated to Hall happenings and the Granville Road community.
We hope to see you at the Hall!
