Little Free Library
Little Free Library at Lower Granville Hall
We’re excited to share that Lower Granville Hall now has its very own Little Free Library, located right next to the Community Bulletin Board!
This charming library was built and generously donated by a thoughtful neighbour, and we couldn’t be more grateful. It’s a wonderful example of how small acts of kindness can enrich our entire community.

This free book exchange is open to everyone—neighbours, visitors, and friends alike. The idea is simple:
-
Take a book to enjoy at your own pace.
-
Leave a book when you’re ready to pass along a favourite story.
Whether you’re looking for a cozy mystery, a family read-aloud, or a bit of non-fiction to inspire you, the shelves will always have a surprise waiting.
In nice weather, you can even settle onto one of our inviting new benches (also handmade and donated by another generous neighbour) and enjoy a quiet moment of reading right at the Hall. These benches are sure to host good conversations and many happy memories for years to come.
The Little Free Library and benches are part of our commitment to making the Hall a true gathering place—where sharing, connection, and learning are for everyone. Each book that finds a new home helps strengthen the ties that hold our community together.

Next time you’re at the Hall, stop by the Library. You never know what treasure you’ll discover, or who might be waiting for the book you leave behind.
Love books and good conversation?
Why not join our Monthly Book Club, held on the third Monday of each month from 7:00–8:30 pm at the Hall. It’s a relaxed and welcoming group where we share thoughts, laughter, and of course, our love of reading. We will put on the kettle, suggested $2 donation.
