Weekly and Ongoing Programs
Community Coffee
September – May
Community Coffee is a weekly, drop-in gathering that offers a warm, welcoming space to connect with neighbours and friends. Held every Friday morning, it’s a simple and meaningful way to build community over a cup of coffee or tea and good conversation.

Indoor Fitness Walking
September – June
Drop in on Mondays and/or Thursdays for an indoor fitness walk. These walks are perfect for when it’s too cold to walk outside. Incorporate aerobic movements such as side steps, back steps, arm reaches, and clapping into basic low-impact cardio walking exercises. You decide how long and far you wish to walk. Note: We follow online walking videos. Everyone is welcome.

Craft Club
Every Monday, 7-9 pm
Craft Club is a relaxed, welcoming weekly gathering where creativity and community come together. Bring along a project you’re working on—knit, crochet, embroider, felt, mend, sew, quilt, spin, weave, rug hooking…—or simply come to enjoy the creative atmosphere and good company.
Whether you’re an experienced maker or just curious, you’ll feel right at home.
