Yoga   with Dani Peters

These classes are independently operated programs hosted at Lower Granville Hall, and all payments/registration go through the instructor, not the Hall. 

Dani Peters is a certified Hatha Flow-Ashtanga Influenced Yoga Teacher, but don’t let the fancy words fool you! She believes yoga is an all-inclusive practice for anyone who wants to try it. The benefits will soon hook you, especially from the immediate result of relaxation and then the subtle effects of flexibility, strength, and balance over time. Dani has been teaching yoga in Mexico and on the West Coast of Canada since 2019. And now she’s teaching on the Atlantic coast.

She brings us programs stylized to appeal to all ages and levels, whether it’s traditional Hatha Yoga (poses and Vinyasas) or the very popular Chair Yoga. She’ll show up where you’re at in your physical journey, guiding you to make any yoga practice your very own. You will often hear her say, “This is YOUR yoga practice,” and she truly means it.

Yoga Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Hatha Flow Yoga | 11:15–12:15 pm
Build strength and flexibility through a flowing practice that connects breath with movement, including standing poses and floor stretches.

Chair Yoga | 12:30–1:30 pm
Ideal for those with hip, knee, or balance concerns. Gentle, supportive, and accessible.

✨ No experience needed — all levels welcome.

Cost:

Each class is 55 minutes and only costs $10 per class if you buy a session package, (e-transfer or cash are available as methods for prepayment). Or drop in for $15 to check it out and that fee will be applied if you decide to sign up for the package deal.
